Delivery

 

I will be shipping items every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will get an email confirmation once your item has been dispatched.

Prints and Paintings

For paintings and prints, all UK orders will be sent Royal Mail Signed For, and take approx. 3 working days.

All international orders will be sent via International Tracking by Royal Mail. I would recommend allowing at least 14 working days for deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world.

I have chosen to use tracked / signed shipping for these items to help make sure they reach you safely. Please note that giclée print surfaces are delicate, and need extra care when removing from packaging.

Postcard Packs

Postcard packs are sent without tracked shipping. They are sent Standard 2nd Class to the UK, and Standard International Shipping to the rest of the world. Estimated shipping time is the same as listed above.

Packaging

Small prints, originals and postcards will be sent in board backed envelopes or cardboard mailers. Medium and Large prints will be packaged in sturdy postal tubes. I have done my best to source packaging that is sustainably produced, and some are made of recycled materials. All tubes and envelopes are recyclable.

Customs and Import Duties 

The payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the receiver. Please note your item will be sent ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’ (DDU). 

If you live outside the UK, you may have to pay additional VAT, customs duties, and a clearance fee. The thresholds and the amounts charged vary from country to country. The customs authorities in your country determine the amounts charged. For example, see guidance from the European Commission or your government website.

For reference, the category code for printed products is 4911-91, and the code for hand painted products is 9701-1000. These numbers can be used to help you check any potential fees with your customs authority.

Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
